[News Boquete] Two Guys and A Cooler bring to you.... Tuesday BCP


Good afternoon everyone,

 

We are proud to bring to you this week a fresh selection of wonderful menu items available for pick up at the BCP on Tuesday morning.  If you currently do not receive our weekly updates please send me and email so that I may add you to our email list.  Email me at cajuneric@gmail.com             

 

 

Below is our menu for the week.  We should be in the same spot as usual at the Tuesday morning market (in front of the theater entrance) at 9am.  See you on Tuesday

Soups

 

Mexican Tortilla Soup: $8.00 Gluten Free  Take a taste from Mexico with this classic Tortilla soup.  A wonderful chicken based soup that incorporates all of the flavors that Mexico is known for.  A bit of Jalapeno, cilantro, tomato, onion, chicken just to get started.  This is a large portion that serves 2. 

 

French Onion Soup: $8.00 Gluten Free  This great soup has one main ingredient.  Onions.  After a slow cook process we caramelize the onions with spices to incorporate the beautiful flavors of the onions.  After creating a stock that’s slightly thickened we complete the process.  A great soup with great flavor.  Bread and cheese not included.  Be sure to get a loaf of bread from Joe and pick up some Swiss to complete this great meal.  Feeds 2

 

 

Entrees

 

Chicken Pot Pie: Regular $6.00  and Large $15.00  They are back this week and just in time for the festive season.  Loaded with gravy, onions, carrots, peas, chicken and celery this pot pie is a sure winner.  It has been our number 1 menu item for 8 weeks in a row!!!  Be sure to get yours this week.  Our pot pies come in 2 sizes.  Regular and Large.  Regular will feed 1 -2 people and large will feed 6 – 8. 

 

Chicken Quesadillas: $7.00 or $6.00 without chicken (vegetarian) Add Pico de Gallo Salsa for $1.00 (Pico de Gallo comes in a 8oz container):  Another delicious Mexico treat.  This can either be served up as finger food at a party or as a main course for dinner.  Grilled chicken and veggies line the inside of our gigantic wraps.  Smothered in mozzarella, cheddar, and Monterrey jack cheese these quesadillas are sure to be the tastiest treats.  Come with Mexican Rice.  Add a dollop of sour cream and some Pico de Gallo salsa to complete the package

 

Fajita Chicken Burritos: $7.00  We are bringing back the overstuffed burrito.  These babies are packed full of delicious goodies.  Refried Pinto beans, Mexican rice, sautéed onions and bell peppers, Pico de Gallo salsa, our 3 cheese blend, jalapenos, and our fajita chicken.  Each burrito is stuffed  then grilled to perfection.  Our burritos are so huge that they will feed 2 adults.

 

Walnut and Rosemary Oven Fried Chicken: $8.00 Get ready for this taste sensation.  A wonderful blend of walnuts and rosemary that encrust this chicken breast.  Slightly breaded, fried, and baked to give this moist piece of chicken a genuine uniqueness.  Heat this up and serve over a salad or enjoy with the pasta that’s included.  Dinner for 2.

 

Sauerbraten: $8.00  This was such a hit at our Oktoberfest that we decided to make it all over again.  After 5 days of “bathing” in our brine solution this tangy yet sweet roast has the perfect combination of flavors.  If you have ever eat this dish you will agree with the consensus.  Authentic!!!  Served with a side of sauerkraut and veal bratwurst.  Feeds 2

 

Herb Chicken Parmesan: $7.00  This slightly breaded chicken is loaded with fresh basil, thyme, parsley, and oregano and served with a wonderful sweet onion sauce over almond and garlic rice.  Covered in Mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese this dish will satisfy your appetite.

 

Coq Au Vin: $8.50  Joe has brought this popular chicken dish back for you this week.  Chicken that has been allowed to marinade in red wine for 3 days before preparation.  Absolutely delicious.  Braised with roasted garlic, onions  and mushrooms. Se

 

Macaroni and cheese with chili: $7.00 This comfort food is one that Joe says will bring you back.  Traditional mac and cheese smothered with Texas chili.  All you need to do is heat up and enjoy!!

 

German/American Pot Roast: $8.00  A slight variation of the sauerbraten this pot roast is served with a more American traditional demi-glaze with carrots and potatoes.

 

 

 

 

Desserts:

 

Pumpkin Pie: $8.00  Just in time for the Holidays this homemade pumpkin pie is made using only the freshest ingredients.  Fresh pumpkin baked and creamed then all of the goodies are added to create a holiday classic.  Stores great so you can keep it in your freezer till you are ready to enjoy.

 

Apple Strudel: $6.00  A wonderful breakfast treat or afternoon snack this strudel is perfect for any occasion.  Cinnamon and spices flavor up our granny smiths and our rum soaked raisins add that perfect touch to this dessert, but what really makes this pastry treat a delight is the strudel itself.  Our layered pastry dough folds unto itself perfectly and with every bite flakes apart leaving a sweet and buttery taste in your mouth.

 

Breads:

 

Banana Walnut Bread: $5.00 each   The bread that has everyone talking.  Try yours on Tuesday

Bagels: $1.00 each  We will have sundried tomato, sesame seed, poppy, the everything, and cinnamon raisin. 

 

Donuts: $1.00 each  Sprinkles, almond, glazed, chocolate.  Get your Tuesday morning snack

 

Pineapple Fritters: $1.00 each  Tasty, sweet, and easy to eat they will be freshly made and ready for you at 9am

 

White Baguettes: $3.00 each
