[News Boquete] Tues morning talk

This coming Tuesday, Oct 22  at BCP there will be a talk by Caesar Sherrard, founding member of Alto al Crimen, (Boquete's version of crime stoppers). Caesar  worked with the Police in Belize and Guatemala to track down gangs that were attacking eco destinations and for the last 4 years with the police and detectives in Boquete . It has become apparent that the foreigners could be made more aware of how they can help prevent crime, understand how their presence impacts on crime, the police and the community in general. As some of you may be contemplating moving out of Panama, there may be an alternative. For those of you who are staying, he will outline ways to get Boquete off the thieves "easy list".
