Okay.
This is the truth.
A couple of hours into making New England Style FISH CHOWDER,
I will ask myself ... "Golly. Is it worth it?
Because there is so much left to do."

But tomorrow, a lovely customer will come in and comment "Oh, this
Chowders is delicious!"

And I will smile and think to myself "Yes. Definitely Worth the
Effort! Totally!"

For Saturday ... a creamy, hand-pulled bowl full of fresh Fish
Chowder, served with a personal loaf of bread ...
